Has a nice freshness on the palate, a frank attack, delicate aromas of lime, citrus fruits, green apple and kiwi. The minerality gives the wine a long finish, finesse and elegance. Very pleasant wine on it's own or accompanied by seafood, asparagus, grilled fish and goat cheese.
